Ticonderoga is fortunate to have historical-minded individuals who enjoy sharing their knowledge and enthusiasm, usually by way of conducting reenactments. Here are links to some of the completed events in the Town of Ticonderoga.

The beat of a drum
The tune of fifes;
We honor these men
For they risked their lives.
The roar of a cannon;
The smell of fire and rum.
Americans were surprised;
They didn't know the British would come.
Commands from the major
to the Grenadiers.
Screams from men
You never thought you would hear.
If believing this is important to you
visit the reenactments
And you shall see why
Our colors are red, white, and blue.
